The Concept
Elite International Careers proudly brings you a recruitment Summit solely dedicated to Angola’s human capital needs. Our Summit allows recruiters and candidates to interact on many levels. The Summit is invitation only with delegates holding pre-scheduled interviews with candidates in private rooms.
Attending candidates are highly educated, internationally
experienced Angolans looking for exciting opportunities in Angola.

The Companies
Our Summits are designed to allow companies to network and recruit freely through a variety of interviews, presentations and discussion groups which take place over its duration. The purpose of attending is to recruit as many candidates as possible for a fixed fee. Many companies also take advantage of the branding opportunity – displaying their brand to over 500 Angolan future business leaders.

The Candidates
Our consultants use a rigorous selection process to
short list candidates against profiles given to us by you.
Selected CVs are submitted to you for review and you
invite only the highest calibre candidates for interview.
Invited candidates will have secured interviews with at
least one attending company. All candidates must fulfil
the following criteria:

• Have Angolan Nationality
• Have valid Angolan Passport or ID
• Be fluent in Portuguese
• Internationally oriented with leadership spirit
• Availability and intention to return to Angola

The Process
Resourcing talent for your operations through
conventional recruitment methodologies cannot always
be successful and cost effective. Sometimes a creative
alternative is the only cost effective solution to resourcing talent from the Diaspora.
Elite International Careers’ Summits offer a fresh
approach to resolving the problem of sourcing Angolan
talent globally. Our Summits are not career fairs! The
summits are focussed, carefully managed, invitation
only events. They bring up to 30 companies together
with approximately 300 handpicked Angolans in a
prestigious venue for pre-scheduled interviews.
The processes prior to the Summit include:
• Months of extensive networking by our resourcing
team to attract relevant talent
• Focussed advertising campaigns in all relevant Global
media
• Pre-screening and interviewing all responding
candidates over the phone
• Selecting and registering top tier candidates from
the attraction campaign
• Using profiles provided by you to select appropriate
candidates to fulfil your requirements
• Presenting CVs of the most relevant candidates to
you for your review prior to the Summit
• Inviting the candidates who have been selected by
you to the event on your behalf
• Pre-scheduling interviews between you and your
preferred candidates at the Summit
In addition to your pre-scheduled interviews, you will
also be able to talk with and interview any other
attending candidates at the Summit.
Please remember, only candidates who have been
personally invited to the summit will be there so you
will only meet top tier individuals.
